Attention, ne pas confondre le \u00ab koshi-ita \u00bb avec le \u00ab koshita \u00bb, qui est une sorte de kimono destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre port\u00e9&#8230; sous les hakama, justement. En id\u00e9ogrammes, koshita s&rsquo;\u00e9crit \u88b4\u4e0b, le premier kanji \u00e9tant celui de hakama, et le second celui de dessous. Donc litt\u00e9ralement, \u00ab dessous de hakama \u00bb. Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9criture de koshi-ita, on retrouve koshi (\u8170) qui signifie (entre autres) \u00ab r\u00e9gion lombaire \u00bb, et ita (\u677f) qui signifie (entre autres) \u00ab plaque \u00bb. Donc litt\u00e9ralement, le koshi-ita est une \u00ab plaque lombaire \u00bb. Au passage, l&rsquo;a\u00efkidoka chevronn\u00e9 (et attentif)  aura bien s\u00fbr reconnu le koshi de \u00ab koshi-nage \u00bb (projection par les hanches)&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img data-opt-id=1987615679  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlxpkoy5mkhp.i.optimole.com\/w:1024\/h:681\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/aikido.didierverna.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/1696949478880.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-201\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:310px;height:208px\" width=\"310\" height=\"208\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Bref. Le koshi-ita est cens\u00e9 prot\u00e9ger les lombaires lors des ukemi. Dans les hakama modernes, il est constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce de caoutchouc assez souple. Mais lorsqu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9lite, les diff\u00e9rents morceaux commencent \u00e0 se promener et peuvent faire des bosses qui deviennent alors dangereuses pour les vert\u00e8bres. Voici l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du mien ce Dimanche&#8230; Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, j&rsquo;avais proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une ablation partielle de quelques morceaux cass\u00e9s. Mais \u00e0 ce stade, je crois qu&rsquo;il faut envisager l&rsquo;ablation totale et la mise en place d&rsquo;une proth\u00e8se&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Alors je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, et j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que c&rsquo;est \u00e9vident pour tout le monde, mais avant l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, n&rsquo;oubliez pas de mettre votre hakama sous anesth\u00e9sie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, pour qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;ait pas mal. Personnellement, j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un verre de pastis fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien, et par solidarit\u00e9, je l&rsquo;ai m\u00eame aider \u00e0 le terminer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div Maintenant que la bestiole est endormie, comment fait-on ? On commence par d\u00e9coudre suffisamment de tissu pour extraire l&rsquo;organe d\u00e9fectueux. Ensuite, on cherche un mat\u00e9riau de remplacement. Dans mon cas, j&rsquo;avais une vieille plaque de ch\u00e9pakoi, un peu plus rigide, mais de la bonne \u00e9paisseur. Avec le bout de koshi-ita qui reste, on retrace un mod\u00e8le, on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe, et on ins\u00e8re la proth\u00e8se dans son logement. L&rsquo;anesth\u00e9sie ne dure pas \u00e9ternellement ! Il faut se d\u00e9p\u00eacher de recoudre. Une fois l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration termin\u00e9e, on transporte le hakama en salle de r\u00e9veil. Pour que celui-ci soit plus doux (le r\u00e9veil, pas le hakama), j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une injection de cacahu\u00e8tes est tr\u00e8s efficace. Par solidarit\u00e9, je l&rsquo;ai m\u00eame aid\u00e9 \u00e0 les terminer.<br><br>Et voil\u00e0 enfin le r\u00e9sultat ! Premier test mercredi soir&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, tant qu&rsquo;on est \u00e0 parler de hakama, n&rsquo;oubliez pas, quand vous en achetez un neuf, de supprimer le \u00ab hakama-dome \u00bb (\u88b4\u6b62\u3081). C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce de petite spatule en bois ou en plastique qui est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 la base du koshi-ita.
